2. No Legal or Investment Advice

nanocorn does not provide corporate legal counsel, financial audit recommendations, or tax structuring advice. Buyers are solely responsible for executing deep technical, legal, and operational due diligence (e.g., verifying codebase integrity, domain registrar history, and payment configurations) before initiating or finalizing payouts.

3. Mediation & Dispute Liability

nanocorn is not a direct participant in transactions. Any M&A contract, transfer delay, codebase transfer error, or refund dispute is strictly between the transacting Buyer and Seller. By utilizing our matchmaking services, you hold nanocorn fully harmless from any transaction-level liabilities or losses.
